Police said in a statement that Mitchell Lugo, 23, of Spencer, and Zachary Lugo, 27, of Rutland, were involved in a fight outside the Riviera Show Club shortly before 2 a. The brothers allegedly refused orders to stop fighting and leave, police said, and then directed their aggression to the officers.
